How to Measure Time
When we feel behind in life, it's usually because we’re measuring time on our clock rather than God's timetable.
There is never an expiration date on the promises and dreams God gives us. He will see them through. Yet they will rarely play out as we expect. The journey becomes far more enjoyable when we trade rigid expectations for an expectancy of what God is up to.
Now God has us where he wants us, with all the time in this world and the next to shower grace and kindness upon us in Christ Jesus. (Ephesians 2:7, The Message)
The Creator of time will give you enough time for what he's stirred you to pursue. If it doesn’t feel like it, perhaps you’re basing it on the wrong clock rather than God’s timetable.
