What You Haven’t Imagined

God invites us into the “new” by putting us in the middle of what we never imagined doing only for us to discover we now can’t imagine doing anything else. 

There’s just one catch. To experience it, we must be willing to enter into the unknown with God. 

It’s a journey that doesn’t just provide a change in scenery, but creates a change in us. We begin seeing life one way—but by the last mile, we're no longer the same. We don't just arrive somewhere new. We become new along the way. In ways we couldn’t imagine that actually expand our imagination.

But remember, God doesn’t just initiate these journeys for us. He goes on them with us and he works within us, deeply and gently, every step of the way.

God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, his Spirit deeply and gently within us. (Ephesians 3:20-21 MSG)
